These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to individual consumers who create an account or use Alpha Boffin’s public self-serve website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
If you use the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other business, Alpha Boffin may require a separate business or enterprise agreement.
By creating an account, clicking to accept, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility and Account Registration
You may use the Service only if you are legally able to enter into a binding contract. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account until you notify Alpha Boffin of unauthorized access.
2. The Service
Alpha Boffin is a subscription-based SaaS platform that provides LLM agents and related research, drafting, analysis, and computer-use features. The Service may generate text, summaries, reports, recommendations, actions, and other outputs in response to your instructions and uploaded content.
The Service is intended as an assistive tool. It may be unavailable from time to time, may change over time, and may include experimental or beta features.
3. Subscription Plans, Credits, and Pricing
Alpha Boffin offers monthly self-serve subscription plans. Prices are billed in advance in U.S. dollars. One U.S. dollar of subscription value corresponds to 1,000 service credits. Credits reset each month and expire at the end of the applicable monthly billing period unless Alpha Boffin states otherwise in the Service or on its website.

Included feature descriptions, badges, and plan labels are descriptive only and do not create a warranty or guarantee of a specific output level, response time, or business result.
4. Billing, Automatic Renewal, Stripe, Cancellation, and Refunds
Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless you cancel before your next billing date. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Alpha Boffin and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees, taxes, and any authorized additional charges.
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another third-party payment provider. Your use of those payment services may also be subject to the payment provider’s terms and privacy practices.
You may cancel at any time through your account or by following Alpha Boffin’s cancellation instructions. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively cancel the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable, unused credits are forfeited at the end of the billing period, and partially used subscription periods are not prorated.
5. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct
You may use the Service only for lawful personal use and in compliance with these Terms, the Documentation, and any posted Acceptable Use Policy. You may not:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code or underlying models except where the law clearly prohibits that restriction;
- interfere with the Service, bypass rate limits or access controls, probe for vulnerabilities without authorization, or use the Service in a way that degrades service for others;
- use the Service for fraud, spam, harassment, unlawful surveillance, impersonation, or other abusive conduct;
- upload or submit content you do not have the right to use;
- use the Service for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, emergency, or other high-risk decisions without qualified human review; or
- submit sensitive data such as payment card numbers, social security numbers, government ID numbers, or health information unless Alpha Boffin expressly permits it.
6. Your Content and Limited License
You retain your rights in the prompts, files, text, and other content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). You give Alpha Boffin a limited, non-exclusive right to host, copy, process, transmit, display, modify, and use Your Content only as needed to operate, secure, support, debug, and provide the Service to you, enforce these Terms, prevent abuse, and comply with law.
You represent that you have all rights needed to submit Your Content and to allow Alpha Boffin to use it as described in these Terms.
7. No Training on Your Content
Alpha Boffin does not use Your Content to develop, train, or fine-tune general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine learning models by default. Alpha Boffin may use de-identified and aggregated usage data to operate, secure, analyze, and improve the Service, so long as that use does not identify you personally.
In the future, Alpha Boffin may offer optional features, settings, or programs that allow you to choose to permit certain content to be used for model improvement or training. If Alpha Boffin offers such an option, Alpha Boffin will provide notice, update its applicable disclosures, and request your consent where required before using Your Content for those purposes.
8. AI Outputs and Human Review
The Service uses artificial intelligence and automated agent features. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, offensive, or inappropriate for your needs. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and deciding whether to use any output, recommendation, summary, or automated action generated by the Service.
Alpha Boffin does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, employment, mental health, or other professional advice through the Service, and the Service is not a substitute for qualified human judgment.
9. Privacy

10. Intellectual Property
Alpha Boffin and its licensors own the Service, including the software, interfaces, workflows, branding, and related intellectual property, except for Your Content and any rights that cannot be waived under law. These Terms grant you only a limited, revocable right to use the Service during your active subscription for personal use in accordance with these Terms.
11. Suspension, Termination, and Changes to the Service
Alpha Boffin may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, create risk or possible legal exposure, fail to pay amounts due, or use the Service in a way that may harm Alpha Boffin, the Service, or other users. Alpha Boffin may modify, discontinue, or limit any part of the Service at any time.
Alpha Boffin may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will apply prospectively after posting or other legally sufficient notice. If you continue using the Service after the updated Terms take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.
12. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." ALPHA BOFFIN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALPHA BOFFIN AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THOSE DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF ALPHA BOFFIN FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ALPHA BOFFIN FOR THE SERVICE IN THE ONE MONTH BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) U.S. $100.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY TO THE EXTENT SUCH EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION IS PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. To the maximum extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. If applicable law gives you a right to bring a claim in another forum or under another law that cannot be waived, this section does not override that right.
15. Miscellaneous
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Alpha Boffin regarding the public consumer Service and supersede prior or contemporaneous understandings on that subject. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Alpha Boffin may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, or sale of assets. You may not assign these Terms without Alpha Boffin’s consent. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
