Acceptable Use Policy

1. General Principle

The Service is designed to help users with research, drafting, analysis, and related workflows. You may not use the Service in ways that are unlawful, abusive, unsafe, deceptive, infringing, harmful to others, or harmful to Alpha Boffin or the Service.

• facilitate phishing, credential theft, social engineering, or identity fraud; or
• misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created in contexts where doing so would be deceptive or unlawful.

C. Harmful, abusive, or harassing conduct

• threaten, stalk, harass, abuse, defame, or intimidate others;
• promote violence, terrorism, or violent extremism;
• encourage self-harm or harm to others; or
• generate content intended to humiliate, exploit, or target individuals or protected groups.

D. Intellectual property and privacy violations

• upload, submit, or use content you do not have the right to use;
• infringe, misappropriate, or otherwise violate another person's intellectual property, publicity, confidentiality, privacy, or other rights; or
• collect, expose, or distribute personal data in violation of law or contractual restrictions.

E. Malware, hacking, and security abuse

• create, deploy, distribute, or facilitate malware, ransomware, spyware, or other harmful code;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of systems or networks without authorization;
• attempt unauthorized access to any account, device, network, or data;
• bypass access restrictions, rate limits, or security controls; or
• use the Service to interfere with, damage, disable, or degrade systems or services.

F. Spam and platform abuse

• send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or mass promotional content in violation of law or platform rules;
• operate misleading bots, fake engagement systems, or manipulative traffic schemes; or
• use the Service in a way that imposes excessive load or disrupts other users.

G. High-risk and sensitive uses

You may not rely on the Service as the sole basis for high-risk decisions or activities, including:

• medical diagnosis or treatment;
• legal advice or legal representation;
• financial, investment, tax, or insurance advice;
• employment eligibility or hiring decisions;
• housing, lending, credit, or insurance eligibility determinations;
• law enforcement, surveillance, or predictive policing;
• weapons development or targeting;
• critical infrastructure control;
• emergency response decisions; or
• any use where failure or error could reasonably result in death, bodily injury, serious property damage, or major legal or financial harm.

Qualified human review is required before acting on outputs in any sensitive or high-risk context.

H. Sensitive data

Unless Alpha Boffin expressly permits it, you may not submit to the public self-serve Service:

• payment card numbers;
• bank account credentials;
• social security numbers;
• government identification numbers;
• health or medical records;
• highly sensitive authentication secrets; or
• other similarly sensitive regulated information.

I. Disallowed autonomous or computer-use behavior

Where the Service offers agentic or computer-use functionality, you may not use it to:

• access third-party accounts, systems, or data without authorization;
• interact with websites or services in violation of their terms or security controls;
• execute transactions, purchases, filings, or commitments on behalf of another person without authorization;
• scrape or automate access where prohibited by applicable law or enforceable platform restrictions;
• conceal the identity, origin, or purpose of automated actions where such concealment would be deceptive or unlawful; or
• conduct unattended autonomous activity in contexts that require real-time human supervision for safety, legality, or ethics.

3. Output Use and Human Responsibility

Outputs generated by the Service may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and deciding how to use outputs before relying on them.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of outputs complies with law, contract, ethics, and professional obligations.

4. Respect for Others and Third-Party Rules

You must respect the rights of others and any third-party terms, permissions, or restrictions that apply to content, accounts, websites, data sources, APIs, or systems you access through or alongside the Service.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

Alpha Boffin may monitor use of the Service for security, abuse prevention, compliance, and operational purposes, consistent with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

If Alpha Boffin believes you have violated this AUP, we may take action, including by:

• removing or restricting content;
• suspending or terminating access to the Service;
• disabling certain features or workflows;
• investigating suspected misconduct;
• reporting conduct to affected parties or law enforcement where appropriate; or
• taking other action permitted by our Terms or applicable law.

Alpha Boffin is not obligated to provide advance notice before taking enforcement action where immediate action is reasonably necessary.
